Admissions Process

The admission process involves several steps:

Submission of Documents:

Parent Interview and Orientation:

  • Make an appointment for a parent/family interview and orientation session.

Student Proficiency Test:

  • Schedule an appointment for the student’s proficiency test.
  • The school will conduct an assessment of the student’s language proficiency (speaking, listening, reading, writing). Additional assessment can be made for numeracy and reasoning (maths).
  • The test is submitted to the School Director, who makes the final admission decision in consultation with parents, in particular whether additional support is needed to attain age-appropriate language proficiency (ELL).
  • A non-refundable Application and Proficiency Test fee of 1,000 THB will be charged on the day of the assessment (the test takes about 1 hour).

Acceptance and Confirmation:

  • If the admission offer is accepted by the parents, confirmation will be provided with a specified start date.
  • The offer acceptance is contingent upon the submission of all required “Documents for New Students Enrolment” and payment of tuition fees (see below).
  • If the offer of placement is declined, the school will inform the parents of the reason within 7 days.
